I appreciate the perfectly specific design for this niche Rivian application.

What a great product! This is well made, solid and does NOT move when the cargo floor is sitting on it. I use it to keep my dog crate level and it's perfect. It's also small enough to hide under the cargo floor when it's not needed but I find myself just leaving it there more often just to keep the cargo floor level.

These things are great. I added some double-stick velcro to them and to the cargo area so that they would stay in place when raising and lowering the cargo area floor. Love having the flat and level cargo area (my 3rd rown is almost always down). Also leaves some extra space underneath. (BTW ... highly recommend adding long drawer pulls to the OEM cargo bin)

I tried many different phone mounts for my R1S and they all had their strong points. One thing that they also had in common ... my phone jiggled while I was driving. It was worse on the mounts with longer arms (that's just physics). I settled on this mount, with the cooling Lisen MagSafe charger, after making one little tweak. I added some double stick tape to adhere it to the center display ... I used the thin "LCD repair tape" used inside cellphones and other electronics, because the 3M stuff is too thick and too strong. Adding that adhesion so close to the ball mount has totally eliminated the shakes when the phone is mounted. FINALLY.

This is an update to the review I left on 11/15/2025. As Rob stated I his response they shipped me a known good ball and this has no issues at all. I am impressed when a small company follows up like this.

Excallend mount, easy to install, not much bounce on rougher roads.

The phone mount for the Rivian R1S (2023) fits perfectly and does not seem like and aftermarket add-on. Kudos to the team for making such a product.

This is a perfect phone mount! Fits very snug and is low profile.

I was very stressed about the inability of the seats to fold flat when I purchased this vehicle. I travel with my dogs in a large crate in the back and was looking at what modification I could do to make this work. Luckily some internet and social media searching led me to this product. It works perfectly for my needs. Was shipped quickly and I am very happy with it. Only thing I woukd love to see would be a piece that went the length of the gap to keep dirt and sand from getting in the lower storage area(which I can't access with the crate set up anyway). Thank you for making this!

Simple, easy to assemble, completely functional. My kids love being in our Rivian even more with their new iPad set up.
