Returns and Exchanges


Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from the moment your OpenSourceEV order is shipped. Refunds are issued for the product value - no credit is issued back for shipping.

To start the return process, click the START YOUR RETURN link below and complete this process:

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. Shopify will send you a confirmation code via email.
    3. Enter the six-digit verification code to complete login.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for and select the item(s) that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click Request return. If your return request is approved you receive an email with shipping instructions.
  5. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Please note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned damaged or in an unsuitable condition, no refund will be given. All items are inspected on return.

Please also retain any proof of return postage receipts should something get lost in transit. 



If you ordered the wrong product or want to exchange an item for something different, that is no problem. Typically this is treated as a return replacement. Most of the time a code can be issued so the second shipment is send to you at no cost.
