OpenSourceEV values our customers and their satisfaction with our products. We have recently discovered that a small percentage of parts produced between October 2022 and March 2023 were made using the wrong materials. This may cause some deformation of the parts when exposed to high temperatures. This is not a safety issue, but it may affect the performance and appearance of the item that you purchased.

We apologize for this inconvenience and we are committed to resolving it as soon as possible. We will replace all affected parts under warranty with ones constructed of the correct or better material. Customers who have purchased parts from us during this period should use the contact us form on our website to request a replacement. Please include your order number and a photo of the part in question in a reply to the ticket confirmation email.
