The OpenSourceEV Parts Hitch Receiver Storage Box V2.5 is a snap-in storage solution that fits directly inside the towing hitch receiver on your Rivian R1S or R1T. Designed, manufactured, and supported by OpenSourceEV, tested in Rivian vehicles, and built to hold up on real-world trips. Sits completely hidden under the OEM hitch cover when not in use.

Unlike gear rattling around your frunk or bed, this keeps small essentials -- cash, cards, a spare key, a multi-tool, or a small flashlight -- right at the hitch and completely out of sight. Slides in, snaps into place, and disappears under the cover.

Installation

1. Load items into the box and slide the cover closed.
2. Press gently on the side clips and slide the box into the hitch receiver until it snaps into place.
3. The box will be fully seated and secure. Remove by pressing the clips and sliding out.
